By using Heliosynthesis, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. The Service

Heliosynthesis is a SaaS platform for yoga, pilates, and wellness instructors to manage their clients, sessions, and video content. We provide tools — trainers are responsible for the services they offer to their clients.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activity that occurs under it. You must provide accurate information when creating your account.

3. Subscriptions & Payments

Heliosynthesis offers monthly subscription plans. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact us at hello@heliossynthesis.com.

3a. Platform Fee

Heliosynthesis reserves the right to charge a platform fee on client payments processed through the platform. The applicable fee is stated in your plan details. Founding Members (first 50 trainers) are exempt from any platform fee for their first 12 months. After this period, the standard platform fee will apply with 30 days notice.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Heliosynthesis for any unlawful purpose, to upload harmful content, or to interfere with the platform's operation.

5. Content

You retain ownership of all content you upload. By uploading content, you grant Heliosynthesis a license to display it within the platform for the purpose of delivering our services.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.

7. Limitation of Liability

Heliosynthesis is provided "as is". We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Greece. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Athens.
